Welcome to Rates Online
A Rates Online account will allow you to access different services to help you manage and update your rate account, including making payments. You can make a card payment or set up a Direct Debit without logging in by using the links at the top of the screen.
Signing in makes things easier. Your rate account information and IDs will be filled in automatically when you make a payment or set up a Direct Debit. If you don’t sign in, you’ll need details from your rate bill, including:
- Account ID
- Ratepayer ID
This service is for managing your rates account only
You cannot use it for Rate Rebate or Universal Credit. For help with those services:
